- My only concern stems from the "no penalty, no reward" mentality. If you create a big enough mess that threatens to return us to October, 1929; the US Govt. will come through. I understand having to do something; but no half measures.

- What will keep others from repeating what got us here? If there is no penalty and no reward, then why do it correctly?
